Diane Allen has been an excellent executive coach and resource to me personally and in my leadership of the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, in New Jersey. Not only did she help me tremendously as my professional coach, but since working with her I have had our senior team and other members of our organization utilize her leadership development consulting and coaching. Her work with my staff leaders has helped us to catapult our Marketing, increase our community reach, and bolster our revenue. Her leadership programs through the Strategic Leadership Academy can help any organization achieve peak performance.

Diane Allen developed and facilitated a valuable Leadership Program for our senior team. They learned how to cultivate and apply their strategic thinking, put a focus on solving issues differently, and acquired very effective techniques to manage performance. She added great value as follow up to the program with her weekly leadership tips. These tips were aligned to our leadership competencies and reinforced many of the tools and techniques that our leaders learned in her program. The Strategic Leadership Academy programs are far more than motivational workshops. They are inspiring and insightful learning experiences for personal and professional leadership development.

When running an organization especially in the heat of the fires, it is easy to lose sight of what is important and what really drives organizational performance. Diane Allen was a terrific consultant to me as the Director of a regional office for a federal agency and she was awesome as a Leadership Coach to two senior managers. We needed someone outside of the agency who had the expertise to help them assess their strengths and development needs. Diane listened, quickly assessed their situation, and they were able to reposition themselves as valuable contributors. Diane also facilitated several strategic retreats inclusive of business planning, strategy development, and team building.
