Leadership Success: Choose Your Attitude

A Global Human Capital Study conducted by IBM revealed that 40% of responding organizations cited a lack of leadership capability as a primary concern for success and future growth.  To provide some powerful but simple meaning to how leadership translates into productivity, it is important to identify the essence of what drives leadership capability.  Leadership begins and ends with one’s attitude.
